New luxury resort now accepting reservations for stays in early 2025
Kimpton Tres Rios, the newest addition to Playa Hotels & Resorts’ luxury hotel portfolio, is now open for reservations for stays starting in early 2025. Located in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, this plush new resort represents the Kimpton brand’s first foray into the all-inclusive space, a significant milestone for both Kimpton and its parent company, IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Spanning 326 acres of pristine land near Playa del Carmen, the Kimpton Tres Rios is being marked as much more than just a resort: it is, says Mulet, a nature park featuring three unique ecosystems: jungle, mangrove forests, and coastal dunes.
